When not connected to another JoinTech Connector this will not allow any flow. Incredibly useful on the hosing used to attach to Pumps or Reservoir systems.

Works Well
"I purchased the JoinTech Female Connector along with the Male Auto Shut Off connector. Excellent for connecting a G20 - Glycol Chiller to a Bruibuilt X3 fermenter. Both the JoinTech Female & Male Connectors seal and work well during cooling. Only a few drops of Glycol solution are lost when disconnecting. Handy for quick disconnect when you need to move your fermenter for cleaning."
