The Hooch Multi-Bucket Hydroponic System, a unique creation resulting from the collaboration of KegLand team and Hoocho. Our skilled designers and Hoocho have joined forces to offer this outstanding hydroponic system, Designed to offer an affordable way to grow your own hydroponic produce at home.
These buckets do not contain net cups as the appropriate net cup depth will need to be used depending on your location.
What’s included
12 Buckets with 24 Legs: The buckets are each equipped with adjustable 2 legs. Flip them to easily switch between two height options, allowing you to adapt the system to the size PVC Downpipe Available in your area. Please see the images for the dimensions.
Special Note
These do not include net cups/pots as you will require different sizes of net cups for different height down water pipe. We do have 50mm diameter and 50mm high net cups/pots available with part number KL38096 sold separately. They can also be used with other 50mm diameter and 65 or 75mm high ones if you have deeper channel.

What media should I use in the Hooch Buckets?
We recommend using a hydroponic grade of coco coir, or a mix of coco and perlite if you are using the buckets in a wicking system.
Can I use soil in the Hooch Buckets?
Yes, a mixture of quality potting soil and peat will work as well.
What nutrients do I use?
We recommend Campbell’s Diamond Spec T which is available from our store.
Nutrients are mixed at a rate of 1g/L at full strength which we recommend for flowering and fruiting plants, and 1/2 strength for leafy greens 1/2g/L
What orientations can the Hooch Buckets be used in?
The Hooch Buckets have been designed with versatility in mind, the uses include but are not limited to wicking (rain gutter grow system), Dutch Bucket recirculating, vertical drip tower, flood and drain and many more.
What are the Hooch Buckets made of?
They are made of food safe, impact resistant, UV stable, HDPE plastic.
The hole size is 49mm or 1.9 inches (this fits most 2 inch net cups)
Which net cup size do I need?
Most people will be safe using a 50mm deep net cup, however the deeper gutter available in the US can also use a 70mm deep netcup (available in the store) and this is also useful for applications like the drip tower.
