Make an Rain Gutter Grow System Hydroponic system quickly and easily with this End Cap Kit that suits standard 100mm x 50mm rain gutters / downpipes.

This kit includes:

1 x Float Valve End Cap with 21mm Hole (KL43625)
1 x Blank End Cap (KL43618)

Simply attach an automatic water float valve (KL18784) and your preferred plumbing fitting (such as a KL09461 - Garden Hose Male Quick Connect) to the end cap with hole and then close off the other end of the down pipe using the blank end cap for a quick and easy RGGS Channel Hydroponic System.

This end cap kit also includes a mounting point for a pivoting float valve cover (available soon) to prevent unwanted algal growth due to light / UV exposure of the hydroponic nutrient water.

These Parts are 3D Printed with UV Stable High Quality, Food Grade PETG.

"The plastic where the float valve sits got hot and started to bend due to the heat, this caused the actual valve to tilt on its longitudinal axis due to the upward force of the float and continue to overflow the gutter until all nutrient was lost. I think a redesign to strengthen the end that holds the float valve to account for the hot Australian sun should be done, keep in mind the days were 44⁰C but nun the less, redesign wouldn't go astray. Some gussets on the inside of the plate to counteract the upward force of the float would be my suggestion."
