"The cube, what can I say. When you have a free day to brew but your fermenter is full. Just cube it. The one thing I'm going to try is to make similar beers and then just pour the cube into the fermenter and repitch the yeast back in. you can do this if you have a cube!!! You need a cube!. Drill out the hole with a spade bit, used plumber's tape on the tap, and I was away!!"
