A must have.

"I actually got 2 of these, one for the fridge carbonating stuff, and another for fermenting washes/mashes. Also used it a few times for making what we call "drunken rice" - the sweet fermented Asian black rice, whacked into an esky for 3-4 days with a cheap heating belt. Can't live without this controller!"

Easy to use, big display, long cords

"This little but very effective device helped me cook non-alcoholic fermented rice drink. I also use this device to just measure temperature in making fermented rice grain as the probe is very easy to clean and it can measure the temperature very precisely. It was a very good buy for the money. Thank you very much KegLand."

Good for a while

"Ive had this for a while and its been fine. Lately the front panel has frozen and i cant use any buttons unless i restart it. My fridge didnt keep temperature once and ruined one of my beers because the Fridge didnt kick in to cool. Ive ordered an inkbird to replace it."

"Used controller on plastic buckets and used two methods to control temp, first method I drilled a hole in lid and place probe into liquid and second method taped temp probe to outside of bucket- both worked for me and will use either method again depending on bucket used."
