Hooch Multi Base (Set of 6)

The Hooch Multi Base is a unique 3D printed solution for spiked wicking systems for rain gutter systems that allows you to expand to any size you like.
This model of Hooch Multi base features a single hole primarily designed for buckets, although you can use bags, we would recommend a double spike system for that applicaiton.

This system has been designed around the Australian square PVC pipe, Amerimax pipe and the budget friendly HydroLand NFT Channel system.

These Hooch Multi Bases allow you to use bags and buckets that you may already have lying around. As long as it can be drilled out for a grow spike you're in the clear.

If you want to use the HydroLand NFT System, they are sold in a 4 pack. Meaning you will need 4 times the amount of Multi Bases, Spikes.

FAQ

What size pots is best?

#1 A standard 410mm Black Growers pot is the most used pot when it comes to the Hooch Multi Base. Incredibly rigid and easy to manage.

#2 Second hand food grade white 20L buckets that you would normally find at the back of restaurants / food prep places.

#3 Cheap PP UV stable bagging method. This is the most budget friendly option, but does require a heat sealer.

What starting media should I use?

Hydrated cocopeat with hydroponic nutrient  is the best choice. Rehydrated at 2.4 EC and a pH of 5.5 to 6.5
